Clearomizers are the same thing as cartomizers, but the outside is clear. The cool thing about these is that you can see the eliquid inside, so you can see the internals of the unit and how it works, and also always know how much eliquid you have left! These are compatible with the Apollo VTube, and all other 510 models.

Don't Pass These Up! October 26, 2012

I am a die-hard CE2 clearomizer fan and my favorite are the ones with the multiple wick strands. Seems like they are getting hard to find. Saw these and got a pack when I purchased my V-Tube and they are some of the best ones I've used. The tubes aren't the stiff brittle plastic ones that crack easy, they have give to them which seems to keep them from cracking for me. You can actually squeeze it and it's flexible. Other ones will crack if you do that, these aren't like those. I LOVE them, three packs and not one crack yet. Also the longest lasting ones I've had. I'm actually still using three of the first ones I got in December last year, no joke. I take the tubes off, rinse under hot water and dry burn them with great results, they just keep vaping fantastically. Mine have been usually around 2.4-2.7ohms. They really are excellent CE2 clearomizers!
