Apollo ships worldwide and is fast!
Apollo ships globally with the US Postal Service (USPS). For domestic orders we recommend USPS Priority Mail which is the most reliable option and is available at an affordable rate. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order is shipped. If you have not received an email notification within 72 hours of placing your order, please make sure your email address is valid, and check your email junk folder.
FREE Shipping (7-Day USPS Ground) is only available for US domestic orders of $30 or more. Free shipping is not available for international orders.
Apollo ships 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), and sometimes on Saturday, excluding all major USA holidays. Apollo shipping is fast!
USA Domestic Shipping Options
1. USPS 7-Day Ground Mail: delivery in 3~7 days in most cases, $2.07+. Free for orders of $30 or more
2. USPS Priority Mail: delivery in 2~3 days in most cases, $5.7+
3. USPS Express Mail: overnight delivery to most locations, $19.95+
Note:
1. Please allow 1 business day processing. All orders are subject to fraud checking, which may further delay some orders.
2. Apollo is not responsible for damage or loss during the transportation process after we ship out the packages.
International Shipping Options
1. USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope: Transit time 6 to 10 business days (plus customs' time which can vary widely) in most cases. $19.95+ for most countries and $23.95 for Australia. Please note there is NO tracking in this option once it reaches destination country.
2. USPS Express Mail International: Transit time 3 to 5 business days (plus customs' time which can vary widely) in most cases. $34.95+ for most countries and $44.95+ for Australia. Tracking all the way to recipient.
3. DHL Worldwide Express: We use DHL at customer's request for certain countries. Transit time 3 business days in most cases. Rate based on country. Tracking all the way to recipient.
Special Note for International Customers
1. All international orders are subject to fraud checking. A few countries are excluded from our shipping destination because of high fraud rate. Please contact our customer service if you want to place order but do not see your country in the destination list.
2. With USPS Priority International, you will see some tracking
information when the package is within USA, however there will be no
tracking once the package reaches destination country.
3. DHL is not available to all countries. If you do not see DHL as a shipping option, it means DHL refuses to deliver ecigarette products to your country.
4. We have successfully shipped our products to customers from almost every nation on earth! However please be aware that different countries have different rules and laws on the importation of alternative tobacco products including electronic cigarettes. We do our best to pack all international orders and ship to you at your request, however we do not take responsibilities for delays, refusals, or confiscation by your country's customs office. We abide by the rules and laws of the countries where we have offices, but it is your (NOT OURS) responsibility to understand and abide by the laws in your country.
5. EU customers - please place orders on our UK store: www.apolloecigs.co.uk unless for those products that are only available from our USA store. If you place order on our USA site, we may still ship from our UK office.
