satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days (from the receiving date) for a refund or exchange. |

To process your return: 1. Please simply email support@apolloecigs.com, or call our customer service at 855-227-6556 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. 2. Please fill out the RMA form, place the RMA form and all items from the original order in a padded envelope or box. 3. Please mail it back to us at the address indicated on the RMA form using a traceable shipping method. 4. Please allow 1-4 weeks for processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
Note: Our 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to Apollo products in their original packaging and condition. We do not issue refund for the following items:
1. We do not offer refunds on used cartomizers or any eqliuids (used or unused) for obvious safety reasons. 2. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits or parts will not be refunded. 3. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
All returned merchandise must be received in our office within 30-days
