California customers: We do not ship to PO boxes. If it is your first order with Apollo a phone verification is necessary as per California law.

Alabama, Arkansas, Maine, New Hampshire, Utah & Vermont customers: unfortunately these states have banned online sales of all vaping products completely. We are not able to take your order if you ship in one of these states.

New York: no products that contain nicotine can be ordered.

New Jersey: no flavored e-liquids can be ordered.

International delivery: Please note it is customer responsibility to get informed about import duties.

Japan customers: A maximum of 120ml of e-liquid is allowed by Japan Customs Office per order.

Australia customers: Shipping companies imposed a ban to vaping products to Australia, therefore we cannot ship here unfortunately. We apologize to our customers in this region.

Terms and conditions for return

If you're not completely satisfied with our product, please contact our Customer Service department to inquire about an exchange or return within 30 days of your original purchase date (less shipping and the price of any parts that were damaged by your inappropriate usage or mishandling by shipping carrier). Please Note: E-liquids (unopened or not) and used clearomizers, tanks, and cartomizers are not eligible for returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. If your item is defective, please see our Warranty Page. You must obtain an RMA from us before returning any product.


  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday excluding all major US holidays.
  • All orders are subject to fraud checking, which may delay the processing of your order. Please check your email for shipment confirmation or a request for additional information.

General Shipping Information FAQ’s

Is Shipping Free?

Shipping is free to all US customers if your order is $50 or more and cannot be combined with other sales or discounts (ex: sale items are excluded from this rule). Orders that weigh more than 13oz will automatically be upgraded to Priority. International free shipping is offered for a subtotal of $120 in the same conditions.

How quickly will you ship after I place my order?

In most cases, orders that are placed before 11am PST are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. We do our very best to get your order out as soon as possible. However, we can’t always accommodate every order on days we receive a lot of orders. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis and we guarantee orders placed before 11am PST will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends).

How Do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped. The email will contain a clickable tracking number for you to view the progress of your shipment as well as an estimated delivery date. If you do not receive the shipment notification email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact customer support for tracking information. You can also view the status of your order by logging into ‘My Account’ at the top right of our website and clicking on “Review orders / track packages”.

Why does the tracking say “Electronic Notification” or “Electronic Shipping Info Received” and there’s no tracking information?

The courier tracking is primarily a delivery confirmation service. It does not always provide up to date tracking information when your package is in transit. There may be a scan here and there, but it will update when when it reaches your local post office or sorting facility. “Electronic Shipping Info Received” means that your package is with thecourier in transit, but there is no up to date tracking information available. 

For additional tracking information please visit the courier website and enter the tracking information provided to you in your shipment confirmation email. Sometimes, but not always, the courier website has more updated information regarding your shipment.

Which Shipping Methods do you offer?

Apollo offers courier for all Domestic and International shipments. We have found this to be the most affordable and reliable option. 

DHL Worldwide Express is also available for International Shipments at the request of the customer.

How quickly will I receive my shipment if I choose the First Class Domestic Shipping?

Please allow 3 - 7 full business days for your order to arrive via First Class Ground. Our shipping is fast and in most cases your order will arrive within 3 days. But we can’t guarantee the speed of the courier, so please be aware that it could take up to 7 days to arrive.

What if I want my shipment to arrive faster?

You can upgrade to Priority Mail (Our recommended shipping option) or Express Mail. Priority Mail arrives in 2-3 days in most cases and Express Mail arrives overnight in most cases.

I paid for Priority Mail or Express Mail, but why didn’t my order ship the same day it was placed?

All Apollo orders are processed in the order they are received and a faster shipping method does not guarantee a faster processing time. We do our very best to process orders quickly, but no matter which shipping option you choose, your order could take 24-48 business hours to process and ship. Choosing Priority or Express Mail will speed up the time it takes to travel to your location.
